Location
Camping Royal is located in the quiet village of Pratolungo, surrounded by ancient farmhouses and situated in a terraced area of 15,000 m² 500 meters above sea level. Just a few kilometers away are natural and cultural gems such as Lake Orta, the charming village of Orta San Giulio and the Mottarone mountains. Thanks to its strategic but secluded location, it is easy to reach both the serene lakeshores and alpine peaks, including the famous Toce Waterfall and Lake Maggiore with its Borromean Islands. An ancient legend associates this place with the Longobard Queen Teodolinda, which lends a mystical and special aura to the surroundings. It is an ideal starting point for excursions, hikes and cultural activities.


Accommodation
Camping Royal offers a wide variety of accommodation options to suit all styles of travelers. The 60 spacious, shaded pitches are equipped with electric hook-ups and are suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes. There are drinking water fountains distributed along the interior roads, never more than 30 meters away.

For those seeking greater comfort, the campsite has fixed units such as Caravans and Cabins, divided into three areas: a rest area with double and single beds (bed linen and towels not included), a day area with equipped kitchen (no running water) and a private garden area with outdoor furniture and umbrella. They are equipped with LPG gas heating and are located near the common bathrooms. The 41 Rosa includes a fridge, utensils and kitchenette; the 35 Ortensia has a similar configuration, while the 60 Glicine has a private bathroom.

The Mobile Home Comfort offers total independence, with equipped kitchen, fridge, kitchenware and full bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The Mobile Home Comfort with Lake View version also offers a beautiful view of Lake Orta.


SERVICES
Camping Royal stands out for its welcoming atmosphere and well-kept services. The swimming pool, for the exclusive use of guests only, is the perfect place to relax away from the crowded beaches. The main sanitary building, built in wood, has hot showers, toilets, sinks, sinks with free hot water, coin-operated washing machine and is heated during the winter season.

At the reception you can find services such as bicycle, scooter or car rental (with delivery to the campsite), event reservations, ice sales, CampingGaz, internet access and tourist information. The campsite's grocery store is well stocked and also serves the inhabitants of the nearby village.

Huacute;spedes can use a common area with barbecues. For cars, there are parking spaces available both on the pitches and in other areas of the campsite. In addition, there is a free shuttle service to Pettenasco for all guests and to Orta San Giulio for those traveling by motorhome.


ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
Camping Royal offers a variety of activities for all ages. It has a 7-a-side soccer field that can also be adapted for volleyball. Tennis, horseback riding, water skiing, water skiing and golf are available in the surrounding area. The reception provides brochures and information on excursions and local events.

For the youngest guests, there is a playground equipped with swings, slides, sandbox, castle and see-saws. Older children can enjoy ping-pong, foosball and board games available at the reception desk (with deposit). During the summer, sports tournaments and entertainment evenings are organized for both children and adults, many of them in the common room Il Rustico, equipped with benches, tables, drink dispensers and satellite TV.
