PROPERTY LOCATION
The exclusive SkyView chalets are located in Dobbiaco, in the heart of the Pustertal Valley, in Trentino-Alto Adige, in a privileged position on the shores of Lake Dobbiaco. Totally immersed in nature, between the woods and the crystal clear lake, these chalets blend harmoniously into the landscape of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. Nearby, you can easily reach the towns of San Candido and Villabassa, as well as nature trails and cycle paths ideal for exploring the mountains.

ACCOMMODATION AND UNITS
The property offers two types of accommodations: the SkyView Chalet Superior and the SkyView Chalet Deluxe, each 35 m² and designed to offer an adults-only experience. The chalets are authentic "glass cubes" that allow you to sleep under the starry sky, combining comfort and design in an extraordinary natural environment.

The SkyView Chalet Superior is perfect for those who travel with their dog and enjoy direct contact with nature. It has direct access to the forest and a private infrared sauna. Some chalets are reserved for those traveling with pets, with a maximum of one dog per unit, subject to availability.

The SkyView Chalet Deluxe is designed for those seeking a stay dedicated to relaxation and romance. It offers a spectacular view of the lake, a sunny panoramic dock, private Jacuzzi and infrared sauna. Both types of villa combine privacy, views and well-being, set in an innovative and sustainable architectural context.

The property also has five types of plots (from 50 to 130 m²) distributed in terraces, offering ample space and greater privacy, with direct views of the lake or the surrounding mountains. The plots are well maintained and all have electrical connection. Only the Confort type, the largest, includes drinking water supply and sewage system. Guests can use the modern and always clean bathrooms, located in a two-story structure. There are showers, toilets, a laundry room with Miele washers and dryers (for a fee) and a dog shower, ideal for those traveling with pets. It is also possible to rent a private bathroom for added comfort and privacy.


HUÉSPEDES SERVICES
Huéspedes at the villa can count on a series of exclusive services designed to ensure comfort and quality during their stay. Every morning, a "Happy Morning" breakfast basket with organic and local products is served in the chalet. During the day, the restaurant-pizzeria Seeschupfe offers typical dishes and delicious pizzas, while the deli in the adjoining campground offers a wide selection of regional products and South Tyrolean specialties.

For wine lovers, the subway wine cellar is a must: a selection of more than 500 labels and the possibility to participate, upon request, in guided tastings with Andreas, a member of the Weinakademie.

The wellness area includes a public barrel sauna overlooking the lake, a sensation shower and, in the Deluxe chalets, a private Jacuzzi. All chalets are also equipped with an infrared sauna for total relaxation.

ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
The experiences offered are designed for those looking for an authentic contact with nature and an atmosphere of calm and renewal, there is no entertainment service. In winter, guests can enjoy a free shuttle service to the train station and easy access to the ski slopes.

You can participate in a guided hike with torches on Lake Dobbiaco, culminating in a pleasant moment by a campfire and a glass of mulled wine. The surroundings are also perfect for strolling, gazing at the lake or simply watching the night sky thanks to the immersive stargazing experience offered by the chalets.
